Dr. Nancy Greer, MD, PhD is excited to join Twin Pediatrics in April 2026.
With over 28 years of experience, Dr. Greer is dedicated to caring for children from birth through adolescence. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and thorough, with a focus on putting both patients and their families at ease while providing clear answers and trusted guidance. She emphasizes preventive care and follows American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines to deliver comprehensive anticipatory care for infants, children, and teens.
Dr. Greer is proud to have twin granddaughters, age 7, living in Phoenix. She began her pediatric career in Colorado, founding the first pediatric practice in Broomfield after completing her residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado through the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She later served as a clinical professor in the Child Health Clinic, where she mentored nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students, and interns.
Dr. Greer earned her PhD in Pharmacology from Duke University, her MD from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and her BA in Chemistry from Kent State University.
As the first pediatrician in Broomfield, Dr. Greer established Broomfield Pediatrics in 1997. In 2020, she sold the practice to Community Reach Center with a vision of integrating mental health services into pediatric care. She continued serving as a pediatrician and associate medical director, leading quality improvement initiatives.
Dr. Greer finds great joy in watching her patients grow from newborns into young adults and in supporting families throughout that journey. She has a special passion for coordinating care for children with complex medical needs, ensuring seamless collaboration among specialists and therapists. Her clinical interests also include mental health support, suicide prevention, and ADHD management.
Outside of work, Dr. Greer enjoys attending concerts, playing the piano and organ, cooking, participating in church activities, and spending time with her family—especially her twin granddaughters.
“We know that we hold the world’s tomorrow in our hands when we hold children in our arms today.”
